1 book containing signatures of visitors to the Logan House gardens between 1949 and 1967. Signatures include many significant figures in the horticultural world- Euan and Peter Cox, Vita Sackville-West using her married name of Nicolson, Cicely M. Crewdson, George Taylor, numerous landowners, members of RBGE staff and, in 1955, HRH, Elizabeth R.

George Don's day book records the orders for plants coming into his Botanic garden and Nursery at Doo Hillock / Dove Hillock in Forfar.

2 folders, each containing around 40 specimens, the first being the collection curated by Great Aunt Lou - Louisa Hoby nee Russell in around 1862. The second seems to have been put together at least partly by 'DR' and includes seaweed specimens from Cumbrae.

One Field diary produced by the Wild Flower Society in which wild flowers are listed. Judith Basden has filled in dates and locations for ones she has found giving us a botanical record for the area mainly around Bonnyrigg.
