Originally, the items remained in folders and in the order as left by Pigott; folders numbered 1-4 as per donor agreement.
On the addition of original illustrations in 2026, the collection was arranged into 1) Notes, 2) Photographs and 3) Illustrations, the folders being treated as files within these series.

Collection is in good condition. However, some photos are starting to come loose. One folder was too big for a box so contents connected by treasury tags and transferred to box (Aug 2024)- care will be needed when handling this and any other folders containing photos.
