Specimen entries dated 7 July 1933 record several bird species. Notes describe departure for Trongsa with halts at Samtegang, Ritang, Chendebi, and Tsanga, passing through leech-infested rainforest and collecting few notable species except Trochalopteron l. imbricatum and Pyrrhula n. nipalensis.

On 7th July we left for Trongsa, 5 marches distant, halting at Samtegang, Ritang, Chendebi, & Tsanga. From Samtegang onwards we plunged again into leech-infested rain forest, but we were moving too quickly to do any serious collecting & except for Trochalopteron l. imbricatum & Pyrrhula n. nipalensis we obtained nothing of very great interest.
