Includes Sept. 14, Oct. 11 1952; Feb. 24-26 1954, New Year 1956-1957 and Aug. 31 1951.
Diary includes Chinese maps and ink sketches of Hawaiian landscapes.
Contains loose map of Minchow ['new country'] dated to 18 Dec. 1925 (with the compliments of J, McGillivray), pressed flowers and notes.

The diary includes loose papers including list of Choni lamaseries in Chinese and lists and maps written on some of Rock’s Nakhi [Naxi] dictionary index cards

The Peter and Ewan Cox collection contains the diaries and notebooks of Peter Cox, detailing plant collecting trips undertaken from 1962 until 2012.

The collection also contains two books of rainfall measurements taken by Ewan Cox as well as one note book relating to plants ordered from Logan Botanic Gardens.
